When I receive a referral, how do I see the client's information?

The client's info Will Not be revealed until both parties have accepted the referral agreement. You Will Not be able to see the client's info if the sending party chose not to include it in the referral agreement. If that happens, then you will need to reach out to the sending party.

So once both parties have accepted the referral agreement, you will then need to click on the Referrals tab at the of the page. On this page you will see Received and Sent referrals, so make sure you are in the Received view and to do that just click on ReceivedThen click the Accepted Referral Card, there you will see all the Client's info in what we call "Client Cards."
