How To Use Gratitude and Endorsements

Gratitude and Endorsements are a brand new feature to NuOp. And in turn, your professional toolbox. In this helpful article you will learn exactly how to go about giving Gratitude and Endorsements as well as checking how many you received and by who. 



How To Give An Endorsement 

1. Go to your profile by clicking view profile 


2. Navigate To Gratitude and Endorsements towards the bottom of your profile 
3. Click/Tap "Create an endorsement for someone else".

4. For an Endorsement type in the username of the Member you would like to endorse. Make sure to write it out in full, as it is given on their account, as to avoid any search related issues. Make sure to hit send when done with your message! 

Note: You can only give a specific Member one endorsement.  
 


How To give Gratitude 

1. Go to your profile by clicking view profile 
2. Navigate To Gratitude and Endorsements towards the bottom of your profile 
3. Click/Tap "Create a gratitude message for someone else".

4. For Gratitude there is one extra field. The reason for your Gratitude, think of it like a email header. This needs to be filled out as well in order to send the Gratitude. Otherwise fill out the name field and message field as normal. Make sure to hit send!

Pro tip: When filling out the Member's name, if you decide to change it, or selected the wrong Member. This is a little X to the right of the text field that will remove your selections. This works on both Gratitude AND Endorsements.
