How To Send Gratitude
1. Go to your profile by clicking view profile
2. Navigate To Gratitude and Endorsements towards the bottom of your profile.
3. Click/Tap the blue plus to start creating a Gratitude message.
4. For Gratitude there is one extra field. The reason for your Gratitude, think of it like a email header. This needs to be filled out as well in order to send the Gratitude. Otherwise fill out the name field and message field as normal. Make sure to hit send!
Note: That when selecting the Member for your Gratitude, make sure to spell it directly as its given on their profile. This is to avoid any issue with the search.
Pro tip: When filling out the Member's name, if you decide to change it, or selected the wrong Member. This is a little X to the right of the text field that will remove your selections. This works on both Gratitude AND Endorsements.

Note that right when you submit your Gratitude the other member will get an email notifying them that they have received your message. This message will then sit on both your profile and their profile allowing anyone who views either profile to see the history of gratitude that was sent and recived.
