Account Deletion and Data Removal

The process of having your account and all data/information associated with it removed from NuOp is a very simple process. Please follow the listed steps:

- Send us an email using the email address associated with your account. Once we verify your identity we will move forward with removing your account and data.

For example if you signed up using the email: Tonystark1000@gmail.com you will need to use this email to request a removal.    

From here please use the contact us form and provide as much information as you can relating to your account deletion in order to help us in the process of removing your account and data.  Here are some bits of information that could be impactful for us to know" 

1. Why do you wish to remove your account? (Helps us make NuOp better going forward) 

2. What do you want NuOp to do for you that it currently does not do? 

These are just general questions that you do not need to provide answers for, in the contact form simply provide any relevant information you are comfortable with sharing. 

This action is NOT reversible. You will lose all of your information and business opportunities you made on the platform, points from the leaderboard, and so on.
